Third party audit and certification: empanelment and web-based randomised assignment of experts to conduct audits and report to employer and inspector. Section 37 empowers the appropriate Government to notify a scheme to empanel qualified experts for specified establishments and to assign them, via a web-based randomised mechanism, to conduct third party audit and certification. Empanelled experts must perform audits and certifications as specified in the scheme and submit reports to the employer and to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator.
