Inter State migrant workers: Government may provide for studies to assess their conditions by prescribed methods. Provision authorises the appropriate Government to provide for a study of inter State migrant workers in such manner as may be prescribed by that Government, vesting discretion to determine scope, methodology and modalities of the study.
