of <h1>Factory, mine, contract labour and construction employers must electronically file prescribed commencement and cessation notices with government</h1> Employers of establishments that are factories, mines, those engaging contract labour, or involved in building or other construction works must, before commencing any industry, trade, business, manufacturing or occupation on the establishment, send to the appropriate Government a notice in the prescribed form, manner and within the prescribed time, and must intimate cessation of operations in the prescribed manner; such notice and intimation are required to be given electronically, thereby obliging electronic filing with the appropriate Government as the operative requirement.
