          <h1>Notice of periods of work must be displayed, prescribed in form, and notified to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator before changes.</h1> Every establishment must display and maintain a notice of periods of work showing daily periods when workers may be required to work. The appropriate Government prescribes the notice form, display manner, and transmission to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator. Proposed changes to the work system that affect the notice must be notified to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator before change; without prior sanction no change may occur until one week has elapsed since the last change.
