Employers and contractors of establishments engaging inter State migrant workers must ensure suitable working conditions for those required to work outside their home State, report fatal accidents or serious bodily injuries to the specified authorities of both States and to the worker's next of kin, and extend all benefits available to other workers of the establishment, including social security entitlements and medical check up facilities.
