of <h1>Inter-state migrant worker employment obligations: post-employment recovery barred and related debts automatically extinguished on completion</h1> For obligations arising from employment of an inter-State migrant worker, the provision declares that no suit or proceeding shall lie in any court or before any authority to recover any debt or part thereof relating to that worker after the completion of his employment; such unsettled obligation against the contractor or principal employer is deemed extinguished on completion of the period of employment. The operative effect is a statutory bar on post-employment recovery actions and automatic extinguishment of related debts upon termination of the worker's employment.
