of <h1>Establishment location deemed site of offence for jurisdiction, vesting territorial authority to entertain proceedings and take cognizance</h1> For purposes of conferring jurisdiction over offences under this Code or subordinate rules, regulations or bye-laws in relation to an establishment, the place where the establishment is for the time being situated is deemed to be the place of commission of the offence, thereby vesting jurisdiction in the court having territorial competence at that location to entertain proceedings and take cognizance.
