Contract labour must be issued an experience certificate on demand, in prescribed form, detailing work performed. Section 56 requires a concerned contractor to issue, on demand, an experience certificate to contract labour in the form prescribed by the appropriate Government, specifying the details of the work performed by the contract labour.
