Occupational safety: Government may appoint gazetted officers as designated authorities to manage licences electronically. The appropriate Government may, by order, appoint Gazetted officers as designated authority under section 119, specify the limits of their jurisdiction, and vest them with powers and duties, including dealing with issuance and revocation of licences electronically.
