<h1>Registration of certain establishments requires electronic registration, timely updates and closure notices; allows deemed registration or revocation for fraud.</h1> Section mandates that employers of applicable establishments must apply electronically for registration within sixty days, with prescribed fees and particulars including inter-State migrant worker information; the registering officer must issue an electronic certificate within prescribed time or the establishment is deemed registered automatically. Employers must notify and certify payment on closure within thirty days; failure by the officer to cancel within sixty days causes automatic cancellation. Misrepresentation permits prosecution while fraudulent registration authorises revocation after hearing within sixty days. Unregistered employers or those with cancelled or unappealed registrations are prohibited from employing workers. Existing registrations under notified laws are deemed valid subject to provision of registration details.
