Employers must notify changes in ownership or particulars within thirty days and notify closure with certification of dues, triggering cancellation within sixty days or auto-cancellation on officer delay. Registrations by misrepresentation are prosecutable and registrations rendered ineffective by fraud may be revoked after hearing. Unregistered establishments may not employ workers. Existing registrations under notified laws are deemed registered subject to furnishing details.
