Workplace safety and health surveys require inspection-like reports, recommendations, and compliance oversight for prevention measures. The Central Government may direct a committee to conduct a survey on workplace safety and health, including the effect of work activity on employees within and near the workplace. The committee must submit an inspection-like report with conclusive findings, recommendations for improving occupational safety and health, and suggestions for implementation to prevent accidents, dangerous occurrences, or occupational diseases, with compliance ensured by the Inspector-cum-Facilitator.
