Workplace notice board disclosure requires employers to display key wage, safety, and jurisdiction details in local language. Every employer must display notices at conspicuous places in the workplace showing the establishment's name and address, hours of work, wage period, wage payment date, accident and dangerous occurrence details for the last five years, the jurisdictional Inspector-cum-Facilitator's name and address, and the date of payment of unpaid wages, in English or Hindi and the local language.
