Social Security Fund framework continues for unorganised workers' welfare under the labour rules. The Social Security Fund established under the Code on Social Security, 2020 is deemed to have been established under section 115 of the Code for the purposes of these Rules, while preserving other sources of the fund and its administration and expenditure for the welfare of unorganised workers.
