Notice of periods of work must be displayed conspicuously and sent to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator in prescribed form. The notice of periods of work required under the Code must be displayed at conspicuous places on a notice board or electronic board within the establishment and maintained in Form XII. A copy of the notice must also be sent to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator either electronically or by speed post, ensuring formal communication and workplace visibility of working hours information.
