Inspector-cum-Facilitator duties require improvement notices, follow-up on prior deficiencies, and recordkeeping after inspections. Inspector-cum-Facilitator must issue improvement notices after inspection for non-compliance with safety, health and working conditions requirements, and serve them on the responsible person. At each inspection, the officer must also check whether earlier shortcomings have been rectified, record findings and new deficiencies, and maintain any orders made under the Code or subordinate rules, regulations or standards.
