Constitution of Technical Committees or Advisory Committees is authorised to assist the National Board, with prescribed qualifications, nomination of the Chairperson by the Central Government, power to form sub-committees, regulated procedure, resignation and vacancy rules, cessation for non-attendance, disqualification criteria, and removal after opportunity of representation.
