Medical examination of rescue trained persons requires yearly re-examination and automatic cessation on a finding of unfitness. Every rescue trained person must be re-examined at least once in every twelve months by a qualified medical practitioner designated by the manager in accordance with Form IX. If the person is declared medically unfit, the person ceases to be a rescue trained person from the date of that declaration.
