Training allowance entitlement for mine trainers and instructors, with payment linked to supervision and vocational training days. Every trainer in a mine is entitled, in addition to normal wages, to a training allowance for each day a trainee works under the trainer's supervision, at the rate prescribed by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator on recommendation of the committee constituted for that purpose. An instructor other than one under regular appointment at a training centre is likewise entitled to a training allowance for each day training is imparted in a Vocational Training Centre, with payment to be made by the owner, agent or manager of the mine.
