Certificate of training for mine workers requires assessment, further training if needed, and counter-signature by the mine manager. Completion of prescribed mine training requires assessment and, on acceptable performance, issuance of a certificate signed by the training officer in the Form specified by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator. If the training officer is not satisfied with a trainee's progress or performance, the mine manager may arrange further training. The manager must counter-sign the certificate and specify the date after being satisfied of successful completion of training.
