Accident and dangerous occurrence registers must be maintained in the prescribed form under workplace safety rules. The register of accidents and dangerous occurrences required under the Code must be maintained in Form XIX. The rule specifies the prescribed format for documenting such incidents within the framework governing maintenance of registers, records and returns.
