of <h1>Rs.200 per day penalty for failing to deliver required statement or certificate; capped by amount concerned, payable before submission</h1> Where an eligible research association, university, college, other institution, specified company, institution or fund fails to deliver a required statement or furnish a required certificate under the referenced provisions, a fee of Rs. 200 per day is payable for each day of default. The cumulative fee cannot exceed the amount to which the failure relates and must be paid before the statement is delivered or the certificate furnished. This fee is in addition to other liabilities under the Act.
