of <h1>Central Government Must Pay Full Consideration for Property Purchase Under Specified Provision, Adjusted for Post-Agreement Damage</h1> When the Central Government orders the purchase of immovable property under the specified provision, it must pay consideration equal to the apparent consideration amount. If the property sustains damage after the transfer agreement but before vesting in the Government, excluding normal wear and tear, the payable consideration may be reduced by an amount determined in writing by the appropriate authority.
