Repeal of predecessor labour Acts preserves existing actions and authorities, deeming them under the new Industrial Relations Code. Section 104 repeals three specified labour enactments upon the Code's commencement notification while permitting tribunals and statutory authorities under those Acts to continue until corresponding bodies under this Code are functional. It saves and deems any actions, rules, notifications, appointments or orders made under the repealed enactments as having been done under corresponding provisions of the Code insofar as they do not conflict, and provides for application of the General Clauses Act to the repeal.
