Industrial establishments may be exempted by government notification from provisions of this Chapter under Section 39. Section 39 of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 confers on the appropriate Government the power to exempt industrial establishments by notification, conditionally or unconditionally, and to exempt any establishment or class from all or any provisions of the Chapter.
