Financial aid to illegal strikes or lock-outs is prohibited; no person may knowingly fund or support them. No person is permitted to knowingly spend or apply money in direct furtherance of, or to support, any illegal strike or lock-out; the provision targets financial conduct that directly furthers unlawful collective work stoppages and requires a knowing application of funds.
