Industrial establishments: sections 66, 71, 72, 73 and 76 of Chapter IX apply, so far as may be. Section 82 declares that sections 66, 71, 72, 73 and 76 of Chapter IX apply, so far as may be, to industrial establishments to which this Chapter applies, thereby making those Chapter IX provisions operative for such establishments concerning lay-off, retrenchment and closure.
