Transfer of pending industrial dispute cases to new tribunals; receiving tribunals may hear de novo or continue from prior stage. Section 51 provides that pending cases before former Labour Courts, Tribunals and the National Tribunal are transferred to corresponding Tribunals under the new Code from its commencement, and that the receiving Tribunal may deal with each transferred case either de novo or from the stage at which it was pending before transfer.
