Unfair labour practices: employers, workers and trade unions are prohibited from acts listed in the Second Schedule. Section 84 bars any employer, worker or trade union, whether registered under the Code or not, from committing the unfair labour practices enumerated in the Second Schedule of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020, applying a broad party neutral prohibition on such conduct.
