Trade Union members may inspect books of account and membership lists as permitted by the union's rules. Right of a registered Trade Union's office-bearer or member to inspect the union's books of account and the list of members is recognised, subject to the procedural limitation that such inspection occurs at times and in the manner provided in the Trade Union's rules.
