Section 29 - Making of model standing orders by Central Government and temporary application

Model standing orders: Central Government prescribes and temporarily deems them adopted in establishments until certified orders operate.

The Central Government prescribes model standing orders governing conditions of service and related matters. Those model standing orders are deemed adopted in an industrial establishment from the provision's applicability until the establishment's own standing orders are finally certified and come into operation, and the specified certification-related provisions apply to the deemed model orders during that interim period.
