Auditor access to general meetings: auditors must receive member notices and may attend and be heard on audit matters. All notices and communications sent to members entitled to receive them must also be forwarded to the auditor, who is entitled to attend any general meeting and to be heard on any part of the business that concerns his role as auditor.
