Board committee constitution requires an Executive Committee and mandatory Audit, Ethics and workplace sexual harassment prevention committees. The board may constitute an Executive Committee and other committees as specified in the bye laws, and must constitute an Audit and Ethics Committee and a Committee on prevention of sexual harassment at work place; such committees perform functions assigned to them in accordance with the society's bye laws.
