Power to amend schedules by notification enables designation or removal of national co operative societies and parliamentary oversight. Central Government may, by notification, amend the Second Schedule to include or exclude national co operative societies, and may amend the First and Third Schedules (with additions to the First Schedule limited to co operative principles); every such notification shall be laid before each House of Parliament.
