Electronic filing mandates online submission and Registrar actions, enabling filing, service, inspection and payments under the Act. The provision requires electronic filing and authentication of all applications, returns, reports, accounts, registers, bye laws and related documents, electronic service of notices and communications, electronic payment of prescribed fees, and electronic maintenance and inspection of records. It empowers the Central Registrar to carry out registration, issuance of certificates and notices, receipt of communications and other registry functions in electronic form in the manner prescribed, notwithstanding other Act provisions and without prejudice to the Information Technology Act.
