of <h1>New Amendment: Section 45F Bars Co-Operative Society Reemployment for 2 Years Post-Term for Leaders</h1> Section 45F of the Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002, as amended in 2023, imposes a restriction on reemployment for the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and Members of the Authority. After leaving office, they are prohibited from accepting any employment, including consultancy roles, in any co-operative society for two years. This restriction does not apply to employment under the Central or State Government, corporations established by or under any Central or State Act, or government companies as defined in the Companies Act, 2013.
