Conversion to multi-State cooperative society: Central Registrar registration required before extension of jurisdiction takes effect. Conversion into a multi State co operative society requires amendment of the bye laws extending jurisdiction, and no such amendment is valid unless registered by the Central Registrar. The Central Registrar, after consulting State Registrars and ensuring membership from more than one State and compliance with procedural requirements, may register the amendment, issue a certified copy as conclusive evidence, communicate refusals with reasons, and upon registration issue a certificate and coordinate with the State Registrar to effect de registration under the former State law.
