<h1>Central Government's Power to Address Implementation Issues Extended for 2 Years Under 2023 Amendment to Multi-State Co-Operative Act.</h1> Section 125 of the Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002 grants the Central Government the authority to address difficulties in implementing the Act's provisions by issuing necessary orders, provided they are consistent with the Act. This power is limited to two years from the Act's commencement. An amendment in 2023 extends a similar power for addressing difficulties arising from the 2023 amendments, also limited to two years from the amendment's commencement. All orders must be presented to Parliament promptly after issuance.
