Presumption of validity of minutes ensures meetings and appointments recorded are treated as duly held unless disproved. Where minutes of a general meeting, board meeting or committee meeting of a multi State co operative society have been kept in accordance with the prescribed requirements, the meeting and all proceedings recorded therein, including appointments of directors or liquidators, shall be deemed to have been duly called, held and valid until the contrary is proved.
