of <h1>Multi-State Co-Op Society's Registration Canceled Upon Transfer, Amalgamation, or Division per Section 17 of 2002 Act.</h1> The registration certificate of a multi-State co-operative society is canceled if its assets and liabilities are transferred to another society, if it amalgamates with others into a new society, or if it divides into new societies, as per section 17 of the Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002. The original society is deemed dissolved and ceases to exist as a corporate entity. However, any rights, obligations, or legal proceedings involving the original society remain unaffected and can continue with the resulting society or societies.
