Membership eligibility: disqualification for competing business, insufficient use, repeated nonattendance, or default in payments under bye laws. Membership in a multi State co operative society is prohibited where a person's business competes with the society, where the member fails to meet the bye law specified minimum use of products or services for two consecutive years, where the member has not attended three consecutive general meetings without condonation by members, or where the member defaults on payments required under the society's bye laws.
