Repeal and saving provisions preserve existing registrations and instruments under the new multi State co operative society framework. The Act repeals the previous Multi State Co operative Societies law while preserving continuity: instruments and actions in force under the repealed Act continue under corresponding provisions of the new Act; existing multi State co operative societies are deemed registered under the new Act and their bye laws remain effective unless inconsistent; prior appointments, rules, orders, notifications and pending suits or proceedings are treated as made under the new Act, with cancellation orders under the repealed Act treated as winding up orders under the new Act unless final liquidation has occurred.
