Registration certificate provides conclusive evidence of a society's registration unless cancellation is proved under law. A certificate of registration issued and signed by the Central Registrar is conclusive evidence that a multi State co operative society is duly registered under the Act, except where it is proved that the society's registration has been cancelled.
