Publication of name requirements: multi State co operative societies must display their name and registered office on offices and documents. Every multi State co operative society must paint or affix its name and the address of its registered office on the outside of every office or place where business is carried on, in legible characters and, if needed, also in a local language; must have its name engraven legibly on its seal; and must state its name and registered office in legible characters on all business letters, bill heads, notices, official publications and on all negotiable and commercial instruments and records.
