of <h1>Amendment Ensures Authority's Actions Valid Despite Vacancies or Defects Under Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002</h1> No act or proceeding of the Authority under the Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002, shall be deemed invalid due to any vacancy or defect in the Authority's constitution, any defect in the appointment of its Chairperson or Members, or any procedural irregularity that does not affect the merits of the case. This provision was inserted by the Multi-State Co-Operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2023.
