of <h1>Appeals Barred for Cooperative Bank Winding Up or Amalgamation Under Section 100 of Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act.</h1> Section 100 of the Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002, stipulates that no appeal is permissible in cases where a cooperative bank is being wound up or is undergoing a scheme of amalgamation or reorganization, provided these actions have the prior written sanction or requisition of the Reserve Bank. The Reserve Bank's sanction or requisition in such matters cannot be challenged.
