<h1>Only Metropolitan or Judicial Magistrates Can Try Offences Under Section 105 of Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002.</h1> Section 105 of the Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002, specifies that only a Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate of the first class can try offences under this Act. Prosecutions for offences under Section 104 can only be initiated through a written complaint by a member of a multi-state co-operative society or the Central Registrar in the appropriate court.
