<h1>Multi-State Co-op Society Registration: Signatures and Bye-Laws Required for Central Registrar Application Under 2002 Act</h1> For registering a multi-State co-operative society under the Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002, an application must be submitted to the Central Registrar in the prescribed form. If all members are individuals, at least fifty persons from each concerned State must sign. If members are co-operative societies, at least five authorized representatives from societies not registered in the same State must sign. For societies with mixed memberships, signatures from fifty individuals from at least two States and one co-operative society from two States are required. The application must include four copies of the proposed bye-laws and any additional information requested by the Central Registrar.
