          <h1>Eligibility restrictions for chairperson roles bar ministers and limit consecutive terms, with a one term hiatus restoring eligibility.</h1> Board members who are Ministers at the Central or State level are disqualified from election as chairperson/president or vice chairperson/vice president. A member who has served as chairperson or president for two consecutive terms, full or part, is ineligible for further election to that office, but becomes eligible again after continuously ceasing to hold the office for one full term; a transitional rule deems incumbents at commencement to have served one prior term.
