Execution of decisions treated as decrees enables attachment and sale or recovery as land revenue under Registrar's certificate. A certificate signed by the Central Registrar or an authorised person renders a decision or order deemed to be a decree and executable by the Registrar or an authorised person by attachment and sale or sale without attachment; where recovery of money is provided, the decision may be enforced under the law for recovery of arrears of land revenue upon application to the Collector accompanied by the Registrar's certificate and within the prescribed limitation period from the fixed date or, if none, from the date of the decision.
