Admissibility of certified business book copies enables prima facie proof, limiting compulsion to produce or testify without special court order. Certified copies of entries from books of multi state co operative societies, regularly kept in the course of business, are admissible as prima facie evidence of the recorded matters to the same extent as the original when admissible. Officers and officers holding books after liquidation are not compellable to produce those books or testify about their contents in proceedings where the society or liquidator is not a party, except under a court or arbitrator order made for special cause.
