<h1>Certified Copies of Multi-State Co-op Society Records Admissible as Evidence; Officers Not Compelled to Produce Without Order</h1> A certified copy of an entry from a book of a multi-State co-operative society, kept regularly in the course of business, is admissible as prima facie evidence in legal proceedings, equivalent to the original entry. Officers of such societies or those holding their records post-liquidation are not compelled to produce these books or testify about their contents in legal proceedings where the society or liquidator is not involved, unless ordered by a court or arbitrator for a special reason.
